The Contractor Behind the Craft
Chintan·Founder & Lead Contractor · Ontario
Build with Chintan started the way most lasting crews do — on real job sites, solving real constraints for clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, and homeowners who needed the work done right the first time.
What began as hands-on renovation work grew into a design-aware general contracting practice: clear scopes, licensed trades, and a lead who stays involved from first walkthrough to final handover — not just the quote.
Today we still build the same way: show up, protect the site, communicate early, and finish to a standard that holds up to daily use.

How we operate
What makes us different
The difference shows up on site — in how we quote, how we schedule, and who stays accountable through handover.
On site, not just on the quote
Chintan personally reviews scope and stays involved through handover — so decisions don’t get lost between the office and the job site.
Clear, itemized quotes
No vague estimates and no surprise add-ons. You see the scope, the line items, and what you’re approving before work starts.
Work that doesn’t stop your business
Phased and after-hours scheduling for clinics, pharmacies, and restaurants that need to stay open while the build moves forward.
One-year workmanship warranty
Every completed job carries a one-year workmanship warranty — so the finish isn’t the end of our responsibility.
In-house licensed trades
Key electrical and plumbing scopes stay with licensed trades we know and manage — fewer handoffs, tighter coordination.
Owner-managed projects
Your project is owner-managed from kickoff to walkthrough, so accountability doesn’t get diluted across a sales desk and a site crew.
Credentials
Licensed, Insured, Accountable
The coverage, licenses, and compliance practices that protect clinics, shops, and homes across Ontario.
WSIB coverage
WSIB-covered practices for job-site compliance and peace of mind on every active build.
Commercial general liability
CGL insurance in place so your project isn’t left exposed if something goes wrong on site.
Licensed electrician
Electrical scopes handled by a licensed electrician — critical for clinics, commercial, and residential work.
Licensed plumber
Plumbing and wet-area work run through a licensed plumber for durable, inspection-ready installs.
Healthcare facility standards
Protocols and compliance awareness for dental, pharmacy, and clinical environments that can’t cut corners.
Permit management
Permit coordination handled as part of the build process — not left as an afterthought for the owner.
